This depends on the individual but as a broad rule, ‘Stop Smoking’ is one session, ‘Fears and Phobias’ is two or three sessions and all other conditions, generally, from one to four sessions. This will all be explored in your initial consultation.
This really does depend on the person as everyone and their problems are unique.
Most issues will need a few hours work together for lasting positive change, although some highly motivated clients can achieve excellent results in a very short period of time. As a brief, highly interventional therapist, my aim is always to help you make genuine, lasting, positive change safely in the shortest time that is possible for you.
